# Calamio

> Calamio is an AI-assisted ideation workshop. One sentence opens a board of idea cards; creative verbs (invert, analogy, worst idea, exaggerate, push, merge) make them diverge, each derived card linked to its parent; an AI council argues against a card before you commit; decisions between competing paths require a written reason kept in the history; the board condenses into a build-ready brief (segment, falsifiable hypothesis, risks, backlog). Every step is an event in a hash-chained, replayable journal. AI output is always labelled as such (anti-fakery). Several language models, local or hosted, Claude among them; a built-in encyclopedia of 600+ Markdown entries.

Next: moving the Claude integration from the command line to the Claude API (structured outputs, tool use into the encyclopedia, streaming), then a hosted version for pilot users, then the bridge to build tools.
